摘要
电位器用银钯电极浆料产品不仅需要优良的导电性能,还需具有好的可焊性、耐焊性以及接触强度,在研发此类电极浆料产品时材料选取以及配比尤为关键。主要通过实验以及SEM电镜图片进行分析,得出电位器用银钯电极浆料材料的选取以及不同配比对产品性能的影响,最终通过测试对比,研制出具有良好性能的电位器用银钯电极浆料产品。
Silver palladium electrode paste used for potentiometer requires not only excellent conductive performance, but also good solderability, soldering resistance property and contact strength. The Material selection and proportion is particularly critical in the development of the electrode paste. So the impact of the material selection and proportion on silver palladium electrode paste performance was studied based on experiments and SEM test analysis. Through the contrast test, the silver palladium electrode paste used for potentiometer with good performance was obtained finally.
