摘要
为了改善HR001-6T连接器高压电缆组件的装配质量,提高产品的合格率,通过对HR001-6T连接器插头及所使用电缆结构的介绍,针对连接器结构紧凑和电缆易被烫伤受损的特点,分析了装配高压电缆过程中影响产品质量的几个因素及操作难点,总结出HR001-6T连接器高压电缆的装配操作技巧和经验。改进后的装配方法降低了对操作技能的要求,提高了产品合格率,在一定程度上,会对类似的微矩形高压电缆生产的操作者有所借鉴。
in order to improve the assembly quality of HR001-6T connector high voltage cable assemblies, and improve the qualified rate, introduce HR001-6T connector plug and cable structure, analyze several factors affecting the product quality during assembly based on characteristics of connector structure compact and cable damaged easily, summarize the assembly operation skills and experience of HR001-6T connector high voltage cable. The improved method reduces the requirements of the operation skills, and improves the qualified rate of the products.
