神经重症模式下治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

Therapeutic efficacy of neurocritical care mode in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

【目的】探讨神经重症模式治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效。【方法】选择急性脑梗死患者120例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组入院后采用常规内科药物治疗,治疗组收住神经重症科在多参数监护下应用内科药物治疗。治疗前、后对两组患者进行神经功能缺损评分和日常生活活动能力量表评定,并评定治疗后两组患者的治疗效果。【结果】治疗组治疗后NIHSS评分与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后BI评分与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率93.5%优于对照组78.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。【结论】神经重症能显著改善急性脑梗死患者神经功能,显著提高患者日常生活活动能力,神经重症在脑梗死患者的治疗上具有优势。

【Objective】To explore the clinical therapeutic efficacy of neurocritical care mode in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.【Methods】A total of 120 cases with acute cerebral infarction were chosen and divided into control group and treatment group randomly. Patients in control group were treated with conventional medication of internal medicine. Cases in treatment group were treated with medication of internal medicine under multi-parameter monitoring application in N-ICU. Before and after the treatment,patients in the two groups were evaluated by nerve function defect scale（NIHSS score） and Daily life activity ability（ADL） score（BI score）. And the therapeutic efficacy was assessed after the treatment.【Results】Compared with control group, NIHSS scores and BI scores after the treatment in treatment group were statistically significant（P〈0.01） The total effective rate in treatment group 93.5% was better than that in control group 78.6% and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.【Conclusions】Neurocritical care mode can significantly improve neural function and of daily life activity ability in patients with acute cerebral infarction, and has advantages in the treatment of cerebral infarction.
