摘要
【目的】分析某市急救中心院前急救护士职业倦怠状况及其影响因素,以期为采取合理的干预措施提供科学依据。【方法】选取某市急救中心工作1年以上(含1年)的女性护士209名,参考职业倦怠量表(MBI)设计问卷,调查护士的一般情况、工作倦怠情况,对影响职业倦怠的因素进行分析,并与Maslach常模进行比较。【结果】不同年龄、不同工作年限、不同职称护士的情感衰竭、个人成就感、去人格化得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护士的年龄、工作年限及职称是职业倦怠的影响因素。被调查护士的情感衰竭、个人成就感及去人格化得分与国外常模相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】院前急救护士是职业倦怠的高发人群,应得到社会多方面的重视,采取相应对策帮助其缓解职业倦怠,为患者提供更优质的护理服务。
【Objective】To investigate the job burnout status quo of pre-hospital emergency nurses in a city emergency center and its influencing factors in order to provide a scientific basis for taking reasonable interventions.【Methods】A total of 209 nurses who have been working for one or more than one year in a city emergency center were chosen. They were given a general survey for personal information and job burnout by the Maslach burnout inventory(MBI). The data were analyzed and compared with the Maslach norm.【Results】The scores of emotional exhaustion, personal accomplishment and depersonalization in nurses with different age, working time and professional title were statistically significant(P〈0.05). The scores of emotional exhaustion, personal accomplishment and depersonalization were significantly different from the foreign norm(P〈0.05).【Conclusions】Pre-hospital emergency nurses are high risk population of job burnout, and need to be focused on in our society. Countermeasures should be taken to relieve their job burnout.Thus they can provide better care service for patients.
