几种热敏阳图CTP版材显影适应性的研究与探讨

摘要 热敏阳图CTP版材采用800~850nm红外激光曝光成像,经过显影加工即可上机印刷。热敏阳图CTP版材有感度高、宽容度大、网点边缘锐利等特点。怎样还原热敏阳图CTP版材的优良性能与它配套使用的热敏显影液性能密不可分,因此热敏阳图CTP版材显影适应性的研究非常重要。本文提出改变热敏显影液的温度、时间对热敏阳图CTP版材性能的影响。 Thermal positive CTP is exposed by 800-850 nm IR laser and then printed on the machine by developing.Thermal positive CTP had the characteristic of high sensitivity,wide tolerance and sharp-edged dot. How to restore the excellent performance of thermal positive CTP was close to the matched thermal developer performance, so it was very important to research the developing suitability of thermal positive CTP. We pro- posed the performance of thermal positive CTP when changing the developing time and temperature of thermal developer.
