深化“校局合作”背景下公安院校实训基地的封闭式警务化管理——以贵州警官职业学院警犬技术班实训为例

Enclosed Policing Management of Public Colleges' Practical Training Bases in the Context of Deepening "College-Bureau Cooperation" ——Taking the Practical Training of Police Dog Skills in GZPOVC as an Example

"校局合作"作为贵州警官职业学院"强交升本",培养高素质公安政法人才的重大战略举措,体现了学校作为贵州省公安政法人员的培训基地,为更好服务公安工作和公安队伍建设做出巨大的努力。与之同时,警务化管理作为公安院校的常规管理模式,在实训基地依然要实行警务化管理,但不同于学校日常警务化管理的是,实训基地挂靠于实战部门,贴近公安一线,各种条件的限制和未知突发状况的存在,实训学生的警务化管理就成了学院管理干部日常工作的重中之重。

＂College-Bureau Cooperation＂ is a major strategic move taken by GZPOVC to realize the dream of ＂upgrading to a four-year police university＂ as well as to cultivate high-quality talents for public security organs and political-legal departments. This move reflects the great efforts the college has made for providing better services for public security work and troops construction as the training base. At the same time, policing management, as a routine management mode for police colleges, needs to be implemented in the practical training bases. However, the practical training bases affiliated to actual combat or grass-roots police departments differ from the college, and the management cadres may encounter limited conditions and unexpected situations, so the policing management on training students must be the top priority duty of the management cadres.
