对卡介苗接种无卡痕儿童是否应该补种的讨论

Discussion on whether or not should inoculate BCG again to the children with non-BCG scar

本研究针对国内目前执行的“对于已接种卡介苗的儿童，即使卡痕未形成，也不再予以补种”政策，从其与世界卫生组织观点差异、我国卡介苗接种考核现状及对卡介苗接种不成功者进行补种的必要性方面进行讨论，并提出商榷建议，供同行参考与讨论。

In this paper, in terms of the current policy： After BCG vaccination, even if a typical scar is not formed, revaccination is not necessary, authors put forward a discussion on the different point of views with the World Health Organization＇s, current status of BCG vaccination in China and the necessity of BCG revaccination for the children with non-BCG scar after vaccination, and propose recommendations for peer discussion and reference.
