摘要
根据带式输送机对张紧力的要求,设计了带式输送机液压自动张紧系统,对此装置的结构和工作原理做了简单介绍,同时建立了该系统的动力学模型,并应用SIMULINK对张力的控制进行了仿真分析。其结果表明,带式输送机液压自动张紧系统对于控制带式输送机系统的动态特性发挥着很好的作用。
According to the requirement of tensioning force on the belt conveyor,a kind of hydraulic automatic take-up device of belt conveyor is designed. The structure and working principle are introduced,and dynamics model for belt conveyor is built. The tension control effect of the hydraulic automatic take-up system is analyzed using SIMULINK. The results prove that the dynamic characteristics can be controlled well using the hydraulic automatic take-up system.
