摘要
利用某重型车辆为研究对象,对同步器同步过程进行建模与仿真。从整车运动学及变速箱动力学角度对车辆换挡过程进行分析,推导出通用性强的换挡同步数学模型,仿真与实验数据比较,模型基本符合实际,从而较全面地展示各个参数对换挡过程的影响,为确定换挡控制策略提供理论依据。
Taking a heavy vehicle as the research object, the model of synchronizer synchronization process is built and simulated. Based on the kinematics analysis of the vehicle and gearbox, its shift process is analyzed, and the versatility of shifting synchronous mathematical model is deduced. Comparing with the experimental data, the simulation model is in accord with the actual working situation and can comprehensively demonstrate the effect of various parameters on the shifting process. The results can provide theoretical basis for determining shift control strategy.
