摘要 大型钢制真空球罐及管路系统是风洞产生高速气流的一种动力方式,其结构强度和承载能力直接影响到风洞的正常运行。以2000m3真空球罐及管路系统为研究对象,建立球罐及管路系统模型,对系统结构进行结构分析和强度校核,验证了大型球罐及管路系统的强度安全性,为类似大型球罐系统结构分析提供参考。 The large steel vacuum tank and piping system can produce high-speed airflow for wind tunnel. Normal operation of the wind tunnel is effected by the structural strength and bearing capacity directly. Taking the 2000m3 vacuum tank and piping system as the research object, the tank and piping system model are built to analyze the system structural and check its structural strength. The large tank and piping system of safety is verified. The results provide a reference for similar structural analysis of large spherical tank systems.
