摘要
探针为极板式超大探针短节的关键部件,其坐封性能将影响到仪器能否正常工作。采用有限元方法计算得到探针橡胶的接触压力分布规律,并通过室内及现场试验验证了探针的坐封性能。测试表明,极板式超大探针具有良好的坐封能力,能够满足现场工作需求,应用前景良好。
The probe is the key part of plate-type extra large probe sub, its setting performance determines whether the plate-type extra large probe sub could work or not. Rules of contact pressure distribution of probe rubber are obtained using finite element method. The setting performance of probe is analyzed in laboratory and field tests. Tests show that the plate-type extra large probe has good setting performance. As a result, the plate-type extra large probe sub can meet the requirements of field application, and has a good application prospect.
