摘要
介绍了EDEM软件和离散单元法的计算模型和单元模型,并通过EDEM软件对螺旋输送机的运行进行了动态仿真和数据分析。基于离散单元法模型预测了螺旋输送机在输送过程中物料的质量流率、颗粒速度、能量功耗、能量耗散率与螺旋输送机倾角和转速的关系。
This paper introduces the EDEM software and computational model and particles of DEM. By using the software EDEM, the screw conveyor is simulated and analyzed. The DEM modeling gives predictions of screw conveyor performance in terms of variations of mass flow rate, particle speeds, energy dissipation and power consumption due to changes in the operating conditions.
