摘要 首先对核电厂水下维修和堆内构件维修工况进行了介绍。通过分析设备水下运行的特点,提出了基于滚珠丝杆传动的水下远距离精确垂直输送的方案,并列出丝杠的关键计算分析,以及驱动控制计算和人机界面设计。该系统为核电厂堆内构件乃至水下维修提供了一个定位精确、运行可靠、适用性广的水下移动维修平台。 This passage indicates the condition and requirements for underwater maintenance and reactor internal maintenance. It provides a solution for accurate vertical long distance underwater transport based on lead screw driving through the analysis for the underwater condition. Meanwhile,the key analysis for lead screw driving and design for driving,control,HMI of transport system are indicated. The system provides underwater maintenance removable platform with accurate positioning, operational reliability and good adaptability in maintenance of reactor internals and underwater maintenanee field.
