摘要
针对目前服装制作企业广泛运用人工拉料劳动强度大、效率低以及现有拉布设备只能单向拉布且断布等问题,通过对人工拉料和现有拉布设备的分析,设计了一种新型自动拉布机,包括铺布平台、拉布装置、铺布装置、压布装置,提高了拉布的品质和效率,也为同类设备的设计提供了参考。
This paper introduces the great labor intensity and low efficiency of manual pulling cloth material, existing cloth driving equipment can only drive cloth material in single direction and must cut eloth. Based on the analysis on pulling cloth material manually and existing cloth driving equipment, a new type of autotnatic cloth driving machine is designed. This machine includes spreading cloth platform, driving cloth device, spreading cloth device anti pressing cloth device. It improves the style of driving cloth material, not only increases the quality and efficiency of cloth driving, but also provides certain reference tot the design of similar equipment.
