摘要 文中提出了一种实用的工业齿轮箱传动效率的计算方法。该算法主要考虑了齿轮啮合效率、轴承摩擦损耗效率、搅油损失效率以及油封摩擦损失效率对齿轮箱传动效率的影响。计算方法引入了KISSsoft齿轮计算、FAG轴承摩擦热计算、BS ISO/TR 14179-1标准等先进工具,并结合了多年工厂实践经验,故提升了计算的可操作性和准确性。 This paper" describes a practical calculation method of transmission efficiency for industry gearbox. The influence of mesh efficiency ,hearing power loss efficiency and churning loss efficiency are considered mainly in this calculation method. The calculation method based on KISSsoft,FAG bearing friction energy calculation, BS ISO/TR 14179-1 standard and working experiences in factory ,are used to improve the maneuverability and veracity of the calculation.
