摘要
通过对现有超高速剪切式水松纸切割装置原理与结构进行研究,分析其主要结构参数对性能的影响,在此基础上设计新型结构的小节距水松纸切割装置。试验证明,该装置在大幅提高鼓轮运行效率与性能的同时,可降低鼓轮运行速度,减少磨损与噪声。
Based on the working principle and structural analysis of PROTOS2-2 tipping paper roller,this paper re-designs the its main parameters and structure,and drives it by individual servo motor. Test experiment shows that the new equipment can decline the rotation speed and improve the performance and work efficiency of the existing tipping paper roller.
