摘要
泰州梅兰热电有限公司第二热电站锅炉给水采用的是母管制,由于泵炉匹配不好,造成给水泵常年处于高扬程、低效率运行状态,而给水的高压力通过锅炉给水调节门进行节流调节后,节流损失大,调节门冲刷严重,为此决定对给水泵进行减少叶轮级数的技术改造。文中介绍的DG160-150×10型给水泵技术改造,不仅方法简便,而且技术可行,实际改造后节电效果明显,经济收益非常显著。
The boiler used by Taizhou Meilan Heating and Power Co,, Ltd, adopts the piping-main scheme system. The feed pump works under the high-lift and low efficiency operating condition caused by the incorrect matching of the pump furnace yearly. Because the boiler feed valve brings a great loss of water pressure and causes erosion corrosion, so we reduce the stage of the impeller. This paper describes the technical transformation of DG160-150×10 type pump, which is simple and feasible. The transformation realizes obvious power-saving effect and economic benefits.
