圆盘脱水机在湿法脱硫系统中的应用

Application of disc dewatering machine in wet desulfurization system

介绍了陶瓷真空圆盘脱水机的设备结构、脱水机理以及节能效果等。分析了圆盘脱水机在石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统石膏脱水上的应用情况,并与传统的真空皮带脱水机进行了对比分析。选取了典型的300MW机组数据进行分析得出结论,对当前脱硫机组改造有一定的参考价值。

The equipment structure,dewatering mechanism and energy saving effect of the ceramic vacuum disc dryer are introduced. The application of disc dehydration machine in the dehydration of limestone gypsum flue gas desulfurization gypsum is analyzed and compared with the traditional vacuum belt dewatering machine. In this paper,the typical 300 MW unit data is selected to be the conclusion,which has a certain reference value for the transformation of the desulfurization unit.
