摘要
pH值是石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统运行中需要控制的重要参数,直接影响脱硫效率和SO2排放浓度是否达标。介绍石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫系统的化学原理和pH值控制的特点,分析原有pH值闭环控制系统存在的问题,介绍滦河电厂3号机组pH值闭环控制系统的优化过程和优化后的效果。
In the limestone- gypsum flue gas desulfurization process,pH value is a crucial parameter which has direct influence on the efficiency of desulfurization and ensures the compliance of gas emissions. It elucidate the chemical principles of limestone- gypsum flue gas desulfurization system and the features of p H control. It analyzed problems of the former closed- loop pH control system and report the optimization process of the above system of No. 3 generator set in Luanhe power plant and finally perform the effect of optimization.
