妇产科急腹症的超声诊断现状

妇产科急腹症在临床上是常见的一类疾病。患者一般来就诊时表现急切,病情发展迅速,早期临床表现隐匿,但发病迅猛,可危及生命,故要求临床医生作出迅速而准确的诊断和干预治疗。在各种检查措施中,超声检查以其无创、迅速而有效等优点成为妇产科类急腹症的首选检查方法。妇产科急腹症大部分与出血有一定的关联,如果不能得到及时准确的诊断和治疗,会严重危害患者的生命安全。因此,如何对妇产科急腹症作出精准的诊疗在临床上具有重要的意义[1]。随着信息技术的不断发展和医学检查手段的不断完善,超声诊断在妇产科领域的应用越来越广泛,并且在妇产科类急腹症的临床实践中起到了重大的作用,明显降低了妇产科急腹症患者的死亡率[2]。本文首先简要地介绍各种常见妇产科急腹症的临床特点以及声像特点,继而分析妇产科急腹症的超声诊断价值,其目的在于说明超声诊断在妇产科的应用现状以及未来的发展前景。

Department of gynecology and obstetrics gynecology acute abdomen is clinically more common diseases,because of advances in the acute onset,fast disease,serious illness to endanger life,need to make timely diagnosis and treatment. Ultrasound examination for its fast,convenient,non-invasive,higher accurate rate,has become the preferred method of examination of gynecologic acute abdomen.Most of the acute disease of Obstetrics and Gynecology hemorrhage has certain relation,if they can＇t get timely accurate diagnosis and treatment of patients with severe harm to the safety of life. Therefore,how to make accurate diagnosis and treatment of gynecological acute abdomen has important significance in clinical[1]. With the development of information technology,ultrasound has been widely used in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology,obstetrics and Gynecology acute abdomen in the diagnosis and treatment of played an important role in acute disease of Obstetrics and Gynecology,significantly reduced the mortality in patients with[ 2]. This paper first briefly introduces the clinical features and ultrasonic graphy features of various common gynecological acute abdomen,then analyzes the value of ultrasonic diagnosis for gynecological acute abdomen,its purpose is to explain the ultrasound diagnosis in obstetrics and Gynecology of the status quo and future development prospects.
