结核药物对结核合并乙肝患者肝损害的探究

近年来结核病发病率一直攀升不下,同时中国也是乙型肝炎病毒感染的高发地区。乙型病毒性肝炎是由乙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis Bvirus,HBV)引起的、以肝脏炎性病变为主并可引起多器官损害的一种传染病。结核合并慢性HBV的情况较多,而抗结核药物本身对肝有很大的毒性损害,因此结核合并乙肝患者的治疗导致轻重不等的肝功能损害,乙肝病毒感染者更应引起重视。而结核病的治疗是要联合用药的,那么毒性就会加强,对肝功能的损害就会更大。在对患者使用结核药时就要慎之又慎,考虑全面,并同时要应用保肝药物防止患者的肝功能损害加大,因此在治疗过程中要经常检查肝功能,做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗,提高肺结核病的治愈率。
