摘要 目的了解天津市居民对社区卫生服务的满意度现状,发现存在的问题,提出相应对策,进而提升社区卫生服务水平和居民的满意度。方法采用问卷调查法和描述性分析方法 ,分析居民对社区卫生服务的满意度。结果居民对社区卫生服务的总体满意度不高,而社区卫生服务人员缺乏首诊意识、双向转诊制存在一定的缺陷、医保制度设计的不合理之处和社区基础不甚坚实是影响居民对社区卫生服务满意度的主要因素。结论应加强社区医护人才队伍建设和完善内部激励机制,立法规范首诊制和双向转诊制,合理分配医疗设施设备,全方位提升社区卫生服务公信度等。 Objective To investigate the Xiqing District Da Sizhen HFMD epidemic dynamics, and provide a scientific basis for the development of foot and mouth disease prevention and control strategies.Methods Using the method of questionnaire survey and descriptive analysis method,analysis of satisfaction of community health service among residents in Tianjin city. Results The questionnaire results showed that Tianjin residents overall satisfaction to community health service is not high,and the lack of community health service personnel,two-way referral system is unreasonable defect,health care system and the community foundation of certain not very hard actually is the main factor to influence the satisfaction of community health service of residents. Conclusions We should strengthen the community health personnel team building and internal incentive mechanism,legislation system of first treatment and two-way referral system,reasonable distribution of medical facilities,all-round improve community health service credibility etc.
