慢性肺源性心脏病患者的健康教育

Health education for patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease

目的总结对慢性肺源性心脏病患者的健康教育方式及内容。方法对天津医大二院心内科肺源性心脏病住院患者153例,采取口头讲解、发放宣传手册、请治疗成功的患者讲解、演示操作等方式向患者及其家属进行健康教育,帮助患者掌握保持呼吸道通畅、有效排痰的方法 ,帮助患者了解养成良好生活习惯、合理饮食的重要性。结果本组患者住院满意度达到100%,对治疗护理工作具有很高的依从性。结论在对慢性肺源性心脏病患者进行健康教育时,详细了解患者病情,选择合适的健康教育方式,保持呼吸道通畅,预防感染,有效排痰,良好的生活习惯,可以帮助患者积极治疗原发病,减少疾病诱发因素,有效预防并发症,防止重要器官功能受损,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To summarize the content of health education for patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods The second hospital of Tianjin Medical University Department of Cardiology of pulmonary heart disease hospitalized patients with 153 cases,taken orally explain,issuing brochures,please the successful treatment of patients to explain,demonstrate operation way to patients and their families for health education,to help patients to grasp to maintain airway patency,effective expectoration method,help patients understand to develop good habits,the importance of a reasonable diet. Results The satisfaction to reach 100% hospitalized patients in the group,has the very high on treatment compliance of nursing work. Conclusions the health education on patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease,a detailed understanding ofthe patient＇s condition,the choice of appropriate health education way,keep respiratory tract unobstructed,prevent infection,effective expectoration,good living habits,can help patients to active treatment of the original diseases,reduce disease induced factors,effective prevention of complications,prevent impaired organ function,improve the quality of life of patients.
