摘要
虚拟装配技术作为一种典型的数字化装配技术,已经越来越多地被应用到飞机装配生产实践中。线缆在飞机上占有非常大的比重,其装配效率直接影响着飞机总装效率。然而由于线缆本身的柔性特征,决定了相比于刚性结构件的虚拟装配,飞机线缆的虚拟装配工作难度更大。本文对虚拟环境下的飞机线缆装配技术进行了系统性的介绍,并且讨论了基于DELMIA的飞机线缆装配仿真与基于人机交互设备的装配工艺优化两种目前比较主流的飞机线缆虚拟装配技术,最后进一步提出了该技术未来发展的方向。
Virtual assembly is a typical digital assembly technology, it has increasingly been applied to aircraft assembly. The cable takes a large proportion in the aircraft, the assembly efficiency directly affects the ef- ficiency of aircraft assembly. However, due to the flexible characteristics of the cable, compared with the rigid struc- ture, it is more difficult to aircraft assembly simulation. This paper makes a systematic introduction to the virtual assembly technology of aircraft cable, and discussed the aircraft cable assembly simulation of DELMIA, and dis- cussed the optimization of the assembly process of the hu- man-computer interaction. Finally it put forward the future direction of the key needs of developing the technology.
