摘要
针对飞机结构件检验规划技术进行研究,提出了融合MBD思想的飞机结构件三维检验规划技术应用体系,并从检验工艺模型定义、数据组织、检验信息管理与应用等方面进行了介绍。最后在CATIA二次开发平台CAA和Eclipse RCP环境开发了三维检验规划系统和检测数据与业务管理信息系统进行了案例验证。
The technology of three-dimensional inspection planning for typical aircraft structural parts is studied. Firstly, the three-dimensional inspection planning system technical architecture based on the MBD is pro- posed and its significance is expounded. Then it is intro- duced through the definition of inspection process model, data organization, inspection information management and application according to inspection requirements and char- acteristics of the aircraft structural parts. Finally, three- dimensional inspection planning system and management information system are developed based on CAA and Eclipse RCP and a case is provided.
