复合材料薄壁管轴向压溃吸能特性数值分析 被引量:8

摘要 采用数值模拟方法,对具有不同截面的几何等效复合材料管在轴向压溃载荷下的破坏吸能特性进行了分析。通过将复合材料圆管的准静态压溃计算结果与试验数据对比,验证了建模方法的准确性。在相同工况下对比分析了典型截面复合材料管的准静态和冲击压溃吸能特性。结果表明,复合材料管的截面形状会影响其破坏失效模式,加载条件对管的破坏吸能特性具有一定影响。正六边形截面管具有最好的综合吸能性能。 The failure and energy absorption characteristics of geometry equivalent composite tubes which have different section shapes under axial crush- ing loads are analyzed by numerical simulation. Compare results of simulation to experimental test data on quasi- static collapse, and verify the method of model building. The energy absorption characteristics of composite tubes with typical section shapes are analyzed comparatively in the conditions of quasi-static collapse and crash events. The results show that the failure mode of composite tube can be influenced by section shapes, and energy absorption characteristics also can be influenced by loading condition to a certain degree; Hexagonal sectional tube has the best energy absorption capability.
