摘要
本文首先分析了保险业电子商务所面临的现状,列出互联网保险发展历程,深入分析互联网保险近年经营情况。在现状分析基础上,给出保险业电子商务所面对的6方面挑战,包括传统产品和业务流程方面、产品价格方面、新渠道和传统渠道利益方面、风险管控方面、大数据方面、商业模式方面等。最后提出保险业电子商务存在的4大机遇,包括互联网的迅猛发展和深入应用为互联网保险创造了巨大空间;保险业深化改革和转型升级为互联网保险提供了巨大推动力;互联网保险自身的特点和优势为互联网保险赢得了强大竞争力;监管政策的逐步完善和大力扶持为互联网保险快速发展提供了重要保障。
This paper first analyzes the current situation of the e-commerce insurance industry, lists the development course of the e-commerce insurance, and analyzes the e-commerce insurance in recent years. Based on the current situation analysis, six challenges are faced by the Chinese insurance industry e-commerce, including the traditional products and business processes, product price, new chalmels and traditional channels of interest, risk management and control, big data, business model, etc. This paper analyzes the four major opportunities in e-commerce insurance industry, including the rapid development and application of Internet, insurance deepen reform and upgrading, the characteristics and advantages of e-commerce insurance, gradual improvement of regulatory policy and vigorously support.
