摘要
跨文化团队共享心智模式的构建是影响团队效能的重要因素,而哪些因素会对跨文化团队成员共享心智模式构建具有重要影响,是跨文化团队共享心智模式构建首要回答的问题。本文分析了跨文化团队共享心智模式形成机理,研究了影响跨文化团队共享心智模式构建的关键因素,通过理论分析和实证研究发现,除了已有研究发现的团队信任、团队沟通对跨文化团队共享心智模式的影响显著外,本文引入的新的变量个体文化智力,个体价值观与企业价值观的契合度,团队学习与培训也对跨文化团队共享心智模式构建也有显著的正向影响,且影响程度较大;最后围绕以上影响因素,提出了构建跨文化团队共享心智模式的具体建议和措施。
Constmcting shared mental models in cross-cultural teams is an important factor to improve team effectiveness. To find out which factors helping constructing shared mental models in eross-cultural teams is the key problem to solve. This paper analysis the influences factors for constructing shared mental models in cross-cultural teams. The theory and empirical study show that the Personal cultural intelligence, personal-organization fit, team trust, team communication, team learning and training are the important influences factors for constructing shared mental models in cross- cultural teams. In order to make constructing shared mental models more effective, some suggestions are also put forward on how to improve influences factors.
