摘要
针对大型复杂装备保障需要大量保障装备协调工作,保障流程约束条件多、耦合性强的特点,分析了由于流程时间延迟,导致规定时间内无法完成保障任务的涌现现象。讨论了延迟拥堵和故障堵塞两种保障流程涌现现象的产生机理及其特征参数,通过时间Petri网分析了保障流程时间延迟的传播模型,并进行了实例仿真分析,重点研究了时间延迟引起的拥堵涌现问题,分析了不同故障率情况下的涌现现象,验证了模型的有效性。
The large and complex equipments support includes a lot of coordination works and various constraints and strong couplings in support flows. To the characteristic, emergence problems resulting from time delay is analyzed and the mechanisms and characteristic parameters of two emergence phenome- na-delay congestion and fault blockage are discussed. The Petri net is used to build the spreading model of time delay of support processes and the simulation analysis is then undertaken to analyze the congestion emergence problems caused by time delay as well as the emergence phenomenon under different fault rates. The results verify the effectiveness of the model.
