论我国教育现代性的性别危机 被引量:4

摘要 进入新世纪以来,我国教育界出现了一种新现象——教育天平逐渐从男孩一端向女孩一端"倾斜",即男孩在学业成就和身心发展等方面均逊色于同年龄段的女孩。分析发现,这种现象主要源于教育和评价体系忽视性别差异、基础教育阶段男女教师比例失调、家庭教育中父性角色缺位、家长对孩子过度保护、大众媒介误导以及女性主义负面的影响等。应对我国教育现代性的性别危机,需要重塑教育生态环境,包括学校教育倡导"因性别施教",家庭教育确保父性角色到位,大众媒体增强性别意识,全社会携手推进男女平等。 Since the 21 st century, there is a new phenomenon in development of education in China —— Educational balance seems to incline to girls since boys are inferior to girls with the same age in terms of the academic achievement and physical and mental development. The study found that the phenomenon mainly results from education system and educational evaluation system which ignored gender differences, imbalance between the numbers of men and women teachers' engaging in basic education, lack of father's role in family education, excessive protection to children from their parents, the misleading of mass media and the adverse impact of feminism. To cope with gender crisis of this educational modernity in China, we should reshape a new ecological environment of education, including teaching students basing on gender, ensuring father's role in place, the mass media's role in enhancing gender consciousness, and the society's role in promoting equality between men and women.
