环境人权及其保护现状研究

A Study on Environmental Human Rights and Protection Status Quo

随着经济社会的发展,工业文明向生态文明的转型,环境人权成为继人权、环境权后又一大理论发展,它将环境保护和人权保护相结合,提高了环境保护的层级,同时充实了环境保护的理论基础。虽然从环境人权的保护现状看,发达国家在此领域要明显优于发展中国家,但是发展中国家自身也可以通过政府的努力、跨国公司的约束、国际组织的介入等多种途径提高本国环境人权的保护状况。

With the development of society and economy and the ongoing transition from industrial revolution to ecological revolution, environment human rights has already become a prominent theoretical development after theories of human rights and environmental rights, which combines environmental protection and human rights, and enhances the level of environmental protection, while enriching the theoretical basis of environmental protection. Notwithstanding developed country did better in the fields of environment human rights protection, developing countries can also improve the status of environmental human rights protection by diversified approaches through the efforts of government, constraints of multinational corporations and interventions of international organizations.
