在早产儿家属中应用系统化健康指导法的实践与效果评价

The effectiveness of mix-methods education program on premature infant care of parents

目的 :评价系统化健康指导法在早产儿家属中的应用效果,为出院早产儿的健康教育提供依据。方法 :在早产儿住院期间对180名家属进行系统化知识培训、技能训练,采用自制问卷对早产儿家属在培训前、后进行调查。结果 :通过培训,早产儿父母对早产儿护理知识及技能掌握总体水平均有很大提高(P<0.001)。结论 :使用系统化的健康指导方法,很大程度上提高了早产儿家属对早产儿的认知及护理照顾能力,对早产儿出院后居家护理将有很大的帮助,值得临床上推广。

Objective： To explore the effectiveness of mix-methods training program on premature infant care of parents. Methods： Self- designed questionnaires were applied to investigate 180 parents of premature infants about care knowledge, skills before and after training when the babies were hospitalized. Results： After training, the caring knowledge and skills on premature infant care of the premature infants＇ parents improved （P〈0.001）. Conclusion： The premature infants＇ parents had obviously improved their knowledge and skills after the mix-methods training program. It could be helpful for their home care after the premature infants discharge.
