Research progress of neonatal pain management

既往新生儿疼痛反应往往未被重视,本文阐述新生儿疼痛的定义、来源、发生机制以及疼痛对新生儿的影响,以此指出新生儿疼痛管理的重要性及必要性。继而,分析国内外多种新生儿疼痛的评估工具和非药物的干预措施,为新生儿疼痛管理提供参考。

In the past, people did not attach importance to neonatal pain. This paper has reviewed the definition, origin and mechanism of neonatal pain and the effect of pain on the neonate. It pointed out the importance and necessity of neonatal pain management. Then, this paper analyzed a variety of neonatal pain assessment tools and non-pharmaceutical interventions to provide reference for neonatal pain management.
