摘要
岗位评价是确定岗位价值的过程,是岗位管理的关键步骤。分析国内外护理岗位评价的方法及作用,有助于促进我国建立科学的护理岗位评价体系。本文综述了护理岗位评价的产生与发展、岗位评价方法、护理岗位评价的应用与研究现状、不足与展望,旨在为进行护理岗位评价深入研究提供依据。
Job evaluation is systematic process to define the value of each position. It is the key step in the post management. Analyzing the methods and effects of the nursing job evaluation is beneficial in establishment of a scientific nursing job evaluation system in China. This article reviewed the generation and development, methods, application and research status, shortage and prospects of nursing job evaluation, in order to provide basis for further study of the nursing job evaluation.
