实习护生不良事件报告意向及其影响因素的调查研究

Investigation on the intention and influencing factors of reporting adverse events in clinical nursing students

目的 :调查实习护生不良事件报告意向,分析其影响因素。方法 :利用方便抽样法,现场匿名调查天津市4所教学医院的188名实习护生。采用一般资料调查问卷,护理不良事件报告认知、意向及障碍问卷进行调查。结果 :实习护生不良事件报告意向总分为(9.89±3.85)分,报告障碍条目均分为(3.14±0.39)分。学历、是否接受过患者安全培训、是否发生过不良事件及报告意义是不良事件报告意向的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 :学校和医院应加强对实习护生的患者安全教育,可通过明确不良事件报告意义,营造非惩罚性文化氛围,改善其安全意识,提高不良事件报告意向。

Objective： To investigate the intention of reporting adverse events among clinical nursing students and analyze its influencing factors. Methods： Randomly selected 188 nursing students from 4 teaching hospitals in Tianjin via convenient sampling, apply common questionnaries to investigate the cognition, intention and barriers on reporting adverse events. Results： The score of the reporting intention questionnaire was（9.89±3.85）, the score of barriers was（3.14±0.39）. The reporting intention was influenced by educational background, safety training, adverse event experiences and reporting significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Schools and hospitals should strengthen patient safety education for clinical nursing students, emphasizing the significance of the reporting and create a non-punitive culture, so as to improve their safety awareness and improve the intention of adverse events reporting.
