摘要
目的 :调查团队助产服务模式对初产妇分娩自我效能及分娩结局的影响。方法 :采用便利抽样法,选择在我院产科建卡、符合纳入及排除标准的初产妇为研究对象,观察组92例,对照组89例。观察组初产妇接受团队助产服务模式,对照组接受常规产科服务模式。比较两组初产妇的分娩自我效能及分娩结局。结果 :孕38周时观察组分娩自我效能得分高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组剖宫产率、分娩镇痛率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组第一、第二产程时间以及产后2h出血量均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :团队助产服务模式能够提高初产妇分娩自我效能,改善分娩结局,提升产科服务质量。
Objective: To explore the effect of team midwifery model on primiparas' childbirth efficacy and birth outcomes. Methods: The primiparas who established the birth cards in our hospital were recruited by the convenience sampling method and divided into the control group and observation group. The 89 primiparas in the control group received routine delivery service, while 92 primiparas in the observation group received team midwifery service. The primiparas' childbirth efficacy and birth outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of childbirth efficacy in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.01). The rate of cesarean section, labor analgesia and bleeding volume 2 hours postpartum in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05). The duration of first and second stage of labor in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusions: Team midwifery service model could improve primiparas' childbirth efficacy, birth outcomes, and service quality in the department of gynecology.
