摘要
教育机会平等是人类个体或群体在现实社会生存发展过程中得以客观际遇与主观利用各种教育资源和权利的可能时限与场境在等级和效能等方面具有基本相同或相似地位、序列与层级的状态。包括教育主体资格、目标结果、内容文化、条件起点和方式过程等方面的完整体系性层面与内容。教育机会平等是体现、保障和实现人类个体有效公平生存发展的基本状态、条件和内容,是反映、衡量和提升社会发展水平的基本标准和尺度,是人类创生、认识、追求和实现教育—社会公平与公正乃至人与社会健康发展的元事实、元价值、元依据和元问题,需要也必须从人类生存和发展的原初历史起点和典型形态内在统一和最普遍完整的生态性生存的意义上进行元认知、元思考和元建构。
Equality of opportunity in education refers to the same or similar position,order or layer the individual or a group enjoy when making use of various educational resources and franchise in order to realize his / their survival and development. It includes the system and content of the equality in educational qualifications of subject,target results,content and culture,conditions and beginning point,and the progress. is the basic state,and conditions and content that embodies,guarantees the effective and fair survival and development of human individual,is the basic standard and scale that reflect, measure and upgrade social development, is the meta-fact,meta-value,meta-fundament and meta-problem by which human beings create,and understand,and pursue education-social fairness and justice. Equality in educational opportunity needs and should be meta-constructed,meta-understood and meta-meditated from the unity and ecology of human beings initiative history and morphology.
