摘要
分析民办学校教师的社会地位不高、待遇保障不足、职称评聘不畅、参与管理不够等问题,把握其适用依据不一、规范问责乏力、发展空间受限、制度机制不全等原因,有助于采取根本措施,加强民办学校教师队伍建设,推进民办教育健康发展。
Teachers in the non-state run colleges face the problems of lower social position,unequal treatment,unsmooth way of title assessment,and insufficient participation in administrative affairs. To understand their limited development and the incomplete regulations and mechanism is conducive for the healthy development of non-state run higher education.
