摘要
西方自然教育家在研究西方自然主义教育思想的过程中建构了全面、系统而深刻的教师角色观,其内容包括:教师应成为教学活动的引导者和指导者、教师应是儿童智慧发展的启迪者和促进者、教师应成为学生好奇心、求知欲、学习兴趣和主动性的激发者、教师应成为自然和自由教育理念的彰显者和贯彻者、教师应成为具有"把儿童看作儿童"的儿童观的生命导师、教师应成为终身的自我教育者、教师应是儿童寻求快乐的"知心人和决定人"和教师应成为研究者。它们对于深化我们对教师观的研究具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。
The Western naturalist educators have constructed comprehensive and systematic ideas about the role of teacher: teacher as the guide and instructor of teaching activities,as the enlightener and promoter of children's intelligence,as the inspirer of interest, curiosity, desire for knowledge, and initiation, practitioner and disseminator of naturalist and free education ideas,as the life instructor to treat children as children,as life-long self- educator,as the close-friend and decision-maker in children's pursuing of happiness,and as researcher.This is useful for the research on the understanding of teachers' role in China.
