Manuscripts are accepted for review with the understanding that the same paper has not been published and is not being considered for publication by other journals. Papers should be submitted via the online submission system, Editorial Manager, www.editorialmanager.com/ijb/login.asp. Once a paper is accepted for publication, the author is assumed to have transferred the copyright to World Scientific. There is no page charge. The first author of each accepted paper will receive the pdf file of the article.
