基于贵州省乡镇农村社会治理调查工作的思考

Thinking on the Investigation of Rural Social Governance in Rural Areas of Guizhou Province

新时期提出的国家治理体系与能力现代化的改革目标,标志着社会转型过程中我国管理方式的转变,即管理方式由传统向现代化的转型。农村社会的治理是社会转型过程中至关重要的环节,转型期农村社会治理工作的探索与实践,体现了政府与民众对公共生活合作管理的新颖关系的有益尝试,体现出善治的价值。通过对具体农村社会治理工作的个案分析,有利于挖掘治理工作中存在的问题,并为改善的途径提供对策研究。

In the new period, the reform goal of the national governance system and the ability of the modernization are marking the transformation of management mode in China, namely the transformation of management mode from traditional method to the modernization. Rural social governance is a vital link in the process of social transformation, the exploration and practice of rural social governance in transitional period reflect a beneficial trial of new relationships which between the government and the people about the cooperation management of public life , embodying the value of good governance. By analyzing the specific cases of the rural social governance it is beneficial to excavate the problems existing in the governance work and to provide ameliorate the approach.
