中枢神经系统与周围神经系统对骨痂构建的影响 被引量:2

The effect of the callus construction about the central nervous system and the peripheral nervous system

摘要 神经系统在骨痂构建过程中具有重要作用。本研究通过网络检索维普数据库、中国万方数据库、Pub Med数据库(1960-03/2013-02)关于神经系统和骨痂构建的文献。回顾性分析了不同神经系统对骨痂构建的影响,及其作用机制。经分析后发现:骨痂构建是一个复杂的骨生长过程,存在复杂的生物学调节机制,受到机体内部环境的作用,中枢神经系统与周围神经系统对骨痂的构建的具有不同的调节作用。 The nervous system plays an important role in the construction of callus. This study retrospective analyses the literatures on the relation between construction of the nervous system and bone callus through VIP database, China Wanfang database and PubMed database (1960-03/2013-02). The retrospective studies have been done to the effect of different nervous system on callus construction and its mechanism. The analysis showed that callus construction is a complex bone growth process. There is complex biological regulatory mechanism, and it is regulated by the body's internal environment. The regulation roles for the construction of callus are different to the central nervous system and the peripheral nervous system.
