改良腘窝小切口空心钉内固定治疗后交叉韧带胫骨附着点骨折 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨应用改良腘窝小切口与传统切口空心钉内固定治疗后交叉韧带胫骨附着点骨折的疗效对比。方法回顾性分析2008年1月~2014年6月,我院收治的35例后交叉韧带胫骨附着点骨折病人的临床资料,其中18例(观察组)患者应用改良腘窝小切口空心钉内固定治疗,17例(对照组)患者应用传统腘窝后"S"型切口空心钉内固定治疗。随访收集患者临床资料,并行统计学分析。结果观察组手术时间(55±18)分钟,出血量为(50±20)m L,对照组手术时间为(75±20)分钟,出血量为(100±50)m L,有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。35例患者均得到有效随访,观察组治疗优良率为94.4%,对照组优良率为82.3%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论改良腘窝小切口空心钉内固定治疗后交叉韧带胫骨附着点骨折具有操作简单,疗效显著等特点,与传统切口对比有创伤小,手术时间短,出血量少等优点,值得临床上广泛开展。 Objective Compare the curative effect of therapeutic use of minimal incision of popliteal fossa and traditional fixation of posterior cruciate ligament tibial attachment point of fracture with cannulated screw. Methods Retrospective analysis from 2008 January to 2014 June, we treated posterior cruciate ligament tibial attachment point of fracture patients in our hospital were 35 cases, of which 18 cases(observation group) in treatment of patients with minimal incision hollow screw fixation, 17 cases(control group) with conventional popliteal fossa after the "S" type Incision hollow screw fixation. It follow-up, clinical data were collected, analyzed. Results The observation group operational time was(55 ± 18) minutes, bleeding volume was(50 ± 20) m L, control group operational time was(75 ± 20) minutes,bleeding volume was(100 ± 50) m L, it has statistical significance( P〈0.05). 35 cases were effectively followed up,the excellent and good rate was 94.4% on observation group, the control group was 82.3%%, it has statistically significant difference between the two groups( P〈0.05). Conclusion Minimal incision of popliteal fossa treat posterior cruciate ligament tibial attachment point of fracture with cannulated screw is simple operation, the curative effect is remarkable, and compared with the traditional incision is little trauma, short operation time, less bleeding, is worthy of extensive development.
