摘要
基于营销视角来分析塑料化工行业的客户关系管理,首先需要对客户关系进行分析,在此基础上根据客户关系的不同,从客户满意度分析和客户忠诚度培养两个方面来实现对客户关系的管理。
From the marketing perspective to analyze the customer relationship management of plastic chemical industry, this paper analyzed the relationship first. On this basis, customer relationship management was carried out from two aspects of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty according to different customer relationship.
