摘要
通过正交试验方法研究了影响齿顶修形的最大修行量、修形长度、修形曲线三个主要因素对小模数塑料齿轮疲劳寿命的影响规律,从而确定最佳的小模数塑料齿轮齿顶修形方案。
In this article, the orthogonal experiment method was used to study the effect rules of mree main factors impairing profile modification including maximum modificative number, modificative length and modification curve on the fatigue life of small module plastic gear. As a result, the best scheme of addendum modification of the small module plastic gear was determined.
