摘要
以新应用领域对聚酰亚胺薄膜产品性能提出更高的要求为依据,通过分析现有制造技术及存在问题,对薄膜制造工艺进行了改进,在现有工艺流程中增加了冷处理、高低温交替处理、挤压处理、压延处理等工艺,通过引入相应的装置制得高性能聚酰亚胺薄膜产品,如产品的电气强度提高、介电常数降低、热膨胀系数降低、收缩率降低、吸水率降低、拉伸强度提高、模量增加等,同时改善了产品的厚度均匀性、色差、膜卷平整性等,聚酰亚胺薄膜产品外观质量得到提升。
According to greater demands on the performance of polyimide film products in new application fields, the film manufacturing technology was improved through analyzing the existing manufacturing technology and the existing problems. New operations such as cold treatment, high-low temperature alternate treatment, extrusion, rolling processing were added in the existing process. With the introduction of the corresponding device, high performance polyimide film products were produced with improved electrical strength, the reduced dielectric constant, thermal expansion coefficient, shrinkage rate and bibulous rate, the increased tensile strength and tensile modulus, and the thickness uniformity, color difference, roller smoothness and appearance of the product were improved at the same time.
