实施"粮安工程"是贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于新形势下保障国家粮食安全重大决策部署的重要工作。运用互联网+、大数据和云计算技术,建立天津市粮食流通管理综合服务平台及其子系统,实行粮食工作日常管理和应急工作相结合,是天津市实现智慧粮食、确保粮食安全的重要措施。

Implementation of ＇grain safety project＇ is to implement the Party Central Committee and State Council under new situation to protect national grain security and important work of deployment of major decisions. Using the Internet, big data and cloud computing technology, a comprehensive service plattbrm for grain circulation management in Tianjin and its subsystems were established, and daily management and emergency work were combined. That was an important measure to realize smart grain and to ensure grain security.
