摘要
以教学学术理论为出发点,具体探讨教学学术对当前大学英语教师的专业化发展所产生的影响。并从内在联系、大学英语教师专业发展现状以及有效途径等方面入手,积极构建大学英语教师教学学术水平提升的新氛围,以实现教师自身专业化发展的目标。
This paper discussed the effect of academic teaching on college English teachers ’ professional development on the basis of academic teaching theories .And then it positively constructed the new atmospheres of promoting the academic teaching level and fulfilling the target of teachers -oriented professional development from the aspects of inherent relationship , the current situation of the college English teachers＇professional development and effective ways .
