摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了钒-钛-磷系醋酸/甲醛合成丙烯酸的催化剂,通过XRD和电镜表征催化剂结构,并考察了催化剂的焙烧温度、钒钛比、活性评价温度及酸/醛比对催化剂的影响。研究结果表明,V-TiP三元氧化物/SiO2/氧化铝为无定形态,且分布较均匀,该催化剂合适的钒钛比约为1:1,适宜的焙烧温度为500℃;反应过程中适宜的反应温度为350℃,适宜的酸/醛比为3:1。 The catalyst of vanadium -titanium-phosphorus was prepared by sol -gel method ,By which acetic acid and formal-dehyde was catalyzed to synthetize acrylic acid .The catalyst was characterized by XRD and SEM .The ratio of vanadium and titani-um,calcination temperature ,activity of catalyst temperature and the ratio of acetic acid to formaldehyde were investigated .The re-sults showed that the oxides of V -Ti-P were amorphous and uniform distribution ,the ratio of vanadium to titanium was about 1:1, The appropriate calcination temperature of the catalyst was about 500℃,the ratio of acetic acid to aldehyde is 3:1 under 350℃.
