儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病的免疫分型特点及其临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)是儿童期发病率最高的恶性肿瘤性疾病。免疫分型不同的ALL患儿具有不同的临床特征、抗原表达特点、细胞遗传学和分子生物学特点。ALL患儿抗原表达不同,其临床特征及预后也不相同。本文通过对儿童ALL的免疫分型特点及其临床意义进行总结,旨在帮助临床医师更准确地对儿童ALL进行分型和病情评估,指导临床治疗及判断预后。 Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most common malignant disease in children. Childhood ALL with different immune classification had different clinical characteristics, cluster of differentiation expressions, cytogenetics and molecular biology. The different cluster of expressions also had different clinical characteristics and prognosis. This article would help clinical doctors in accurate classification and condition assessment, guiding clinical treatment and judging prognosis, through summarizing the characteristics and clinical significance of immune classification in childhood ALL.
